Sarah Rokh is an interdisciplinary artist and visual storyteller working across traditional artmaking and digital media. With a BFA in Painting and a foundation in traditional studio practice, she works across 2D and 3D animation, visual effects, and game development, exploring how different mediums can serve and transform an idea.
Guided by the belief that concept dictates form, her practice moves fluidly between mediums, embracing technology as a means of expression rather than an end in itself. Currently pursuing an MFA in Computer Art, she creates nonlinear, dreamlike narratives and surreal environments that explore psychological and existential themes, including memory, identity, and trauma.
Through cycles of transformation, shifting realities, and layered visual narratives, her work examines the instability of perception and the ways identity dissolves and reforms. Rather than offering definitive answers or resolutions, she creates immersive experiences that invite viewers to look beyond the visible, question their assumptions, and explore the uncertainties of the self and the world around them.
